Tarter Sauce

 

Honestly, I never measure anything when I make this. I just dump and taste as I go until, well, until it tastes good. But I will try to give approximate quantities.


Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup minced onion

1/4 cup minced dill pickle

1 teaspoon dijon or stoneground mustard

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice


Mix all the ingredients together, adjust to taste. Refrigerate until needed.
