Honey Brined Chicken with a Honey Bourbon Glaze

Share

Honey Brined Chicken | FoodsOfOurLives.com

Mmmm, who likes perfectly moist, perfectly seasoned grilled chicken with a honey bourbon glaze?

ME!…. Everyone!

If you have never brined anything – you need too. Brining is very easy, it keeps your meat extremely moist and it takes the flavor of your meat to a whole new level.

You just have to remember to actually do it. Which is usually my problem.

This one only needs to sit in the brine for 2-3 hours though so it is pretty do-able.

Then at the end of cooking you brush on that glaze…oh man.

Talk about finger-licking good.

I don’t think there was a bite left of this delicious dinner and the last piece was actually fought over.
