Ingredients
1 box frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 container grape tomatoes, cut in half
6 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
fresh basil
olive oil
kosher salt
Preparation Instructions
Cut the puff pastry into 2×2 inch squares and place on a baking sheet. Place one tomato half on each square and a small slice of mozzarella. Bake at 375º for about 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with kosher salt and place a basil leaf on each one, serve warm.
