This is one of my favorite ways to prepare yams. They are delicious and a little bit of a change-up from roasting, which is what I typically do.
These are not difficult to do, the hardest part is slicing raw yams – no easy feat, but do-able, and totally worth the effort. We never have leftovers once my children have gotten ahold of these. They gobble them up like there’s no tomorrow – even with a steak on the table. My kids love steak but I think have a hard time deciding what to gorge themselves on with these potatoes sitting there!
