Maple Butter

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 3-4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
Preparation Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients, whisking until smooth and sugar dissolves.
  3. You can store this in the fridge for up to 2 weeks and just reheat it when you want to use it.
